Cauliflower Salad at Pizzeria 712

One of my favorite things about eating at Pizzeria 712 or Communal is how inventive the chefs are with the simple salad.  The creative use of ingredients always surprises me.  The chefs make these beautiful and delicious combinations with so few ingredients.  One of my new favorites is the cauliflower salad at Pizzeria 712.  Who would have thought to add roasted cauliflower to a salad?  Not  me, but I found it a perfect addition to the simple, crisp greens, and a great starter to the meal.
