We hope you had an enjoyable Valentine’s Day! We thought we’d share a few highlights from the evening at Communal. The vibe was a blend of the special event ambiance, the enjoyment of an evening with loved ones, as well as some extra love from the entire Communal crew. Of course, the star of the evening was the food … rich and decadent as Cupid’s feast should be.
- first course: bianchetti white truffle risotto, parmesan straw
- second course: frisee and butterleaf salad, poached egg, crispy potato rounds, hari cot vert, pancetta vinaigrette
- third course: tarragon shrimp, beef tenderloin, cauliflower puree, bearnaise sauce, pancetta crisp
- fourth course: Amano chocolate cake for two, candied kumpquats
