  • BLT eggs Benedict with basil pesto hollandaise
  • brunch burger with bacon, cheddar, frisée, fried egg and sriracha mayo.  (this sold out last time – soooo good!)

  • Salad Lyonnaise with confit fingerling potato, bacon lardons, crispy poached egg and a truffle vinaigrette
  • Pan seared scallop with little neck clams in a chowder broth

Bring in the New Year P712 Style!

Chef Taylor Mason and the Pizzeria 712 staff are putting the finishing touches on their New Year’s Eve dinner event. Taylor and co. will be firing the pizzas all night long for New Year revelers.  What will be on the menu you ask?  As always Taylor is spinning his web of anticipatory glimpses into his plans without detracting from the “oh my” factor. Here’s what Taylor had to say about his plans:

I have gone with a set menu this year, but different than those in the past.  This year’s will be three courses, plus a few surprises.  Guests will have options for all courses, perhaps four or so.  The main course will be a pizza, as we are the Pizzeria.  We will feature new menu items as well as some all-stars making a come back.

Reservations are recommended though not required.  Enjoy our P712 New Year’s Eve 2011 Bash for $33 per person.

This Saturday, brunch features:

  • Italian eggs Benedict (come find out)
  • fried egg burger (yeah, we said it)
We’re also hearing rumors of apple pie ala Damien but cannot confirm or deny anything.  Have a marvelous weekend and we’d love to be a small part of what you put together.

Heirloom Cafeteria Co. Loves Mona Vie!

A business focused on health strives to provide it’s associates with onsite eating options that reflect that same vision of care and quality. Mona Vie is just such a company. Heirloom Restaurant Group’s Cafeteria Co. was established to support local businesses in their efforts to improve the quality of everyday life in our community.

We have very much enjoyed the past year and a half operating the employee cafe at Mona Vie in South Jordan, Utah. Our partnerships with Mona Vie, and now Vivint, are founded on and strengthened by a vision we share with both of these local businesses.

At Cafeteria Company we work to:

  • Build community in partnership with companies that value their employees and recognize a place of work is another home.
  • Provide nourishment through delicious, fresh and locally sustainable foods to energize people in body and mind.
  • Create common ground in places where people gather to develop relationships and generate new ideas.

We hope to continue serving our community at work and at play for many years to come.

Sprouting Love at Pizzeria 712!

Looking for a new and delicious twist on the brussel sprout?  We love the fresh, new approach Taylor Mason has taken with these pretty green pearls.  People may be reluctant to order a brussel sprout dish as they are often sadly overcooked,  leaving the sprouts limp, with a slightly bitter taste.  We know you won’t be sorry when you stop in to Pizzeria 712 soon and let us rekindle or awaken your love of these beautiful sweet babies!
